You must inform us of any items damaged in transit or wrongly delivered within 7 days of the invoice date.

Due to the cost of picking and packing of products all items ordered incorrectly will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

Please contact our Customer Services department custserv@craftrange.com to authorise any items for return. You will be informed of any relevant charges which apply to the return.

All refunds must be made to the Credit Card used for the initial purchase.
